At threesixty selection we currently specialise in Executive Search, Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales and Financial Planning. Based in offices in South Manchester, we are currently looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants who can manage their own workload in a mature and non-KPI led professional (and friendly!) environment.
Our approach is consultative and we look for recruiters who can provide exceptional levels of client and candidate care. You can expect to be given support from an experienced team around you who will offer the guidance for you to develop both a successful desk and your career.
We prefer to recruit people with previous experience in recruitment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect, but we are open on which sectors you will have previously operated in. Currently we operate in the 6 key areas (listed above) but we’d be happy to back anyone good enough to develop business in any niche professional market (IT, HR, Finance and Sales are of particular interest).
We offer good salaries, an excellent bonus scheme and the chance for individuals to work flexible or part time hours, depending upon your circumstances.
