We are committed to being a responsible company.

We have incorporated the code of conduct of our industry body, the REC, into our own set of principles & professional behaviour. This helps ensure that we handle our relationships in the business community in a professional and ethical manner with the greatest of care.

We invest fully in helping our people develop their skills and expertise. We have a formal structure of Continuous Improvement to identify development needs and ensure everyone in our business improves every quarter.

We recognise we have wider responsibilities outside of the business community too, which is why we choose a charity every year and take part in a number of events during the course of the year to help raise funds for that charity.

We aim to minimise our impact on the environment using only materials made from sustainable resources and by ensuring that we recycle everything we can.

We are currently looking into ways to measure the carbon we use so that we can offset this and drive the business towards becoming carbon neutral.
