Our Initial Consultation is completely free of charge.  We are happy to come and meet with you to discuss your requirements in confidence,  so why not tap into our market knowledge and advice?

The Initial Consultation is at the heart of everything we do.  We always start with a blank sheet of paper and we always listen.  That way we can propose solutions that are tailored directly to meet your needs.

We want to take up as little of your time as necessary because we know that you are busy – we do however need you to spend a little time helping us get to know you and your business.  Think of all that time you will save when the shortlist you receive is relevant and the candidates are properly briefed, motivated and interested.  This all stems from the Initial Consulation – we can’t begin to maximise your time without it.

We will discuss the business environment, your culture, key objectives of the position, person specification, current market conditions and any other matters that may affect the recruitment.

Based on these, and your budget, we will advise solutions to identify the best possible candidates.

All the key parameters will be agreed and if you want us to proceed we will provide a detailed proposal based on our discussions.

The person that you meet will always be the one who will deliver your work.

We make a post-placement commitment to maintain regular contact in a structured manner at intervals that you are comfortable with. This can help significantly with the on-boarding process and ensures any concerns are dealt with before they become major issues.
