threesixty selection are currently working with a boutique Financial Planning business to recruit an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to work in their support team.
The business have 9 people, comprising of highly experienced advisers, paraplanners and qualified financial planning administrators.
The role will provide administration support to the business. i.e.
- business processing
- liaising with providers
- dealing with client queries
- producing valuations
- adviser meeting preperation
- general office administration
Experience within financial planning is required and ideally you will have used various Wrap Platforms, and Adviser back office systems such as Intelligent Office.
You will join a very positive and supportive working environment along with a competitive salary as well as a discretionary bonus, pension and 4 x DIS. You will also be fully supported in your studies.
Full time: 8.45am – 9.45am preferred although flexible. P/T hours may also be an option for the right individual.
