IFA Administrator – Financial Planning J – 522
£ negotiable salary + benefits
The successful candidate will join a busy, professional support team working with the advisers in the provision of financial planning advice to clients.
You will join a team of 3 Advisers, 2 paraplanners, 4 administrators and a finance support.
You will input the fact find information and documentation onto the back office system, diarise events, producing new business packs and preparation for client meetings and producing client portfolio review information and presenting this with meeting packs. Ensuring systems are fully updated to enable accurate management information and reporting, and liaising with providers and clients.
The Candidate To be able to work on own their initiative with great attention to detail. Practical experience and knowledge of an IFA environment is essential.
A good working knowledge of IRESS Adviser Office Previous experience of the Standard Life and Aviva platforms would be beneficial but not essential
Keen to progress with Industry exams
Highly competitive salary dependent on experience/qualifications.
