Indirect Procurement Leadership roles for a global business embarking on a significant procurement transformation – business integration projects out of USA, Procurement capability build in the UK and optimisation of Regional Centres across Asia.
They require a Head of Indirects (UK) – capable of building both a team and the necessary systems and process to deliver a robust and sustainable procurement model to deliver cost and service initiatives across an addressable spend of approx £500 million.
Reporting into the global CPO you will work closely with the executive team in the UK and overseas leadership teams – capable of interpreting the global strategic vision and implementing a fit for purpose UK procurement function.
Key criteria will include
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a global procurement framework
- Demonstrated exposure to greenfield procurement environments with little or no procurement processes
- Ability to build, lead and develop a strong Category Management team
