Category Manager – HR
Indirect Procurement Leadership roles for a global business embarking on a significant procurement transformation – business integration projects out of USA, Procurement capability build in the UK and optimisation of Regional Centres across Asia.
They will be building their UK Procurement Capability and as such require a Category Manager – HR specialist – experienced in genuine greenfield environments – where the necessary systems and process need to be developed and implemented to deliver a robust and sustainable procurement model capable of delivering cost and service initiatives across an addressable spend of approx £500 million.
Reporting into the Head of Indirects (UK) you will work closely with the executive stakeholders in the UK as you contribute significantly to the global strategic vision delivering a fit for purpose UK procurement function.
Key criteria will include
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a global procurement framework
- Demonstrated exposure to greenfield procurement environments with little or no procurement processes
- Ability to build, lead and develop a strong HR Category Management strategy
