threesixty selection are partnering with a local Independent Financial Advisor Firm, to attract a financial adviser/trainee financial adviser.
My client are a well-established, fee based, reputable firm of Financial Planners focusing on pensions. They require an Adviser/Trainee who has a great track record in giving pensions and/or protection advice over the telephone.
You will benefit from working in a directly authorised, whole of market environment; allowing you to put your clients first. The business benefits from a very strong source of leads, a strong team of administrators who deal with all the administration apart from the research and suitability reports.
The environment is vibrant and busy, the team are committed and the Directors lead by example and still provide advice alongside the advice team.

You need to be very confident speaking with new warm clients, and able to build rapport and trust.
You will be qualified to Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
Have accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
Hours 9-5 with some flexibility.
