Well established Financial Planning firm, with 32 employees in the village of Sandbach require an experienced Administration Supervisor.
This role has arisen primarily due to business growth taking more time of the practice manager, alongside internal movement.
You will be working in a team of 10 administrators with responsibility of overseeing the work flow of 5 administration colleagues whilst working on your own allocated business support and administrative duties. The administration team support the techincal staff and consultants in all aspects of client and internal administration.
The team are well established, experienced and work really well together.
You will have an understanding of the Financial Planning industry and strong administrative skills. You will also have excellent people skills and know how to motivate and support an already smooth running team.
