£30,000 – £35,000 basic, plus bonus.
Well established, whole of market Financial Planning and Wealth Management firm who work with a diverse range of private and corporate clients would now like to recruit a fourth experienced financial adviser to complement their stable team.
The successful applicant will have experience in giving face to face advice across Pensions, Investments and Protection.
The firm are offering a salaried position and a legacy company client bank to penetrate alongside developing new business and professional connections.
The current shareholding advisers will actively support you in order to help you succeed in your role. They have worked in the industry and in this business for a significant amount of time and will be working alongside you in the Bolton office to provide support and advice.
There is a good vibe in the office, people are important to the management team, morale is kept high, flexible working hours offered, good salaries and social events, hence a very low turnover of staff.
You will advise clients both from the office and at their place of work/homes on the full advice service.
Apart from the dormant client bank, the firm will provide you with marketing support and full highly experienced in-house paraplanner and compliance support.
You will be paid a car allowance up to £5,000
The package is negotiable circa £30-35k basic and 25 – 30% Bonus payable after achieving 3 times salary threshold.
