Innovative brokerage with strong market presence in Cheshire, who specialise in Mortgages, Protection and Wealth planning, are looking for an experienced telesales manager to create, lead and grow a brand new telesales team in Cheshire in order to generate leads to further drive sales for the business.
Are you ready for this challenge?
You will likely have started from the ground up, having held a successful telesales role in financial services (Morgages/IFA) in the past so that you can appreciate and help navigate all of the daily challenges that a telesales role of this nature presents.
You will have experience of setting up and managing a successful telesales team having held responsibility for:
- Recruiting new Telesales Executives
- Training and ongoing coaching of a telesales team
- Setting and monitoring targets and KPI’s
- Purchase of data
- Implementing systems and processes
- Motivating the team to drive sales
- Creating a fun and positive work environment
- Ensuring best practice/compliance is being adhered to
- Time management
The basic salary is in the region of 40,000 to £65,000 (based on experience) with substantial profit share.
