Role Responsibilities:

The Financial Services Administrator primarily delivers high quality administrative support to the Financial Advisers.

The objective it to deliver great service to every client all of the time whilst ensuring accuracy and compliance standards are maintained.

The key responsibilities include:-

·Diary management for your team of Advisers.

·Preparing paperwork for client meetings.

·Processing new business and administration tasks.

·Building relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service at all times.

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate must have the following attributes:-

·Lots of energy and drive with a passion to develop.

·Great work ethic.

·Excellent attitude at all times.

·Good organisational skills.

·Can demonstrate loyalty in employment.

·A great team player.

·Excellent IT skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

·Excellent communication skills.

·Have GCSE or equivalent in English Language and Maths equivalent to level C or above.
