Innovative Mortage Brokerage in Macclesfield are looking for a Customer Relations Manager to joing their team.
The Mortgage and Financial Planning team require an additional person with excellent customer service and communications skills to keep in touch with existing clients, book meetings in their diaries, send out letters of authority for signing, updating the systems and some general administration.
You will mainly be calling exsisting customers, there will be no cold calling.
This would suit comeone who wants to work 3 or 4 days, and will be able work flexibly between 8 am and 8 pm.
