£19,000 – £21,000 + bonus & benefits
Modern, well established Financial Planning Practice with Clients across the North West and Midlands. The firm have doubled in size over the past two years, and are working towards a 1-2-1 relationship between the administrators and advisers, hence the requirement for a further administrator.
Within this practice you will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative work with respect to existing clients and new business is dealt with efficiently.
Managing all tasks to ensure all allocated existing business work is being followed up regularly.
Ensuring the financial Adviser to whom you provide support is fully prepared for their client review meetings by updating client records, preparing client portfolio reports and income statements.
Speaking to your allocated adviser and clients on the telephone and communicating via email.
Maintaining records of client reviews and processing new business.
Attending weekly administration meetings and contributing to the development of department.
In order to help you to succeed in your role, the company have a comprehensive induction process to support you. Depending on the amount of support you require, this will entail working closely with one of the senior members of the team who will help and train you, and check your work for you until you feel confident managing your duties without supervision – you will have ongoing support from the administration team and advisers for more technical tasks or client enquires.
