Hight Net Worth City Centre Practice require a further administrator for their team. Currently there are three advisers, all of whom have been with the business for many years, the latest joining the firm in 2002.
There are 5 support staff, 3 paraplanners a PA and an office manager. The business is looking to compliment this with a further Adviser Support team member.
You will be responsible for supporting the office manager and paraplanners with general administration, processing new business, producing valuations, fund switches, preparing client packs for review meetings, requesting letters of authority, letter writing, answering calls from clients and product providers and welcoming clients in to the office.
This prestigious practice deals with high net worth private and corporate clients, you must be well presented, professional, articulate and have exceptional communication and organisational skills, you must also be confident dealing with demanding clients.
You must have experience working within an IFA practice and be keen to progress with financial planning qualifications.
