Technical Manager/Paraplanner – Financial Planning J – 530

up to £40,000
Technical Manager required for Directly Authorised, whole of Market Independent Financial Advisers, who employ 6 advisers and support team.
You will be the sole technical paraplanning support to the Managing Director, working primarily with wealthy private clients on complex matters including SIPP, SSAS and Defined Benefit pension schemes.
You will also lead the investment committee, meeting with product providers and internal staff and advisers looking at the firm’s philosophy, improving and updating suitability letters, updating staff on industry changes and compliance, assisting advisers with T&C, and working on projects alongside client services.
Additional paraplanning support will be required in this area to which you will be influential in the recruitment.
You will work closely with the Managing Director and Operations Director, and be pivotal to the business and the team, as such you will be rewarded with a profit share and bonus.
You will be supported to work towards Chartered status, having already achieved level 4 in financial planning.
