Award winning UK wide IFA Network with over 30 staff who look after over 100 IFA firms are recruiting in to the training and competency team due to internal movement.
The firm is made up of the board of directors, case review, audit, training and competency and support.
The main aspects of the role are to support the business in helping the member IFA firms operate efficiently, profitably and compliantly.
The role will be evenly split in to three main elements.
- Office based: Talk through case review and remediation.
- Home based: Telephone member firm Financial Advisor 1-2-1’s and writing up reports.
- On client site: Face to face member firm Financial Advisor 1-2-1’s.
This role would suit a confident case reviewer who is ready to take the step in to a supervisory role, or an IFA with training/supervisory experience for example from a product provider. You must be confident in conducting face to face meetings with technical and top performing IFA’s.
