UK based Foodservice business with turnover in excess of £100m undergoing period of rapid expansion and change.
Objective
Find a Regional Distribution Manager to project manage the integration of two existing sites into one new purpose built site, then to manage all aspects of this fast paced operation whilst driving efficiencies and improvements across the board.
Method
Recommended a Network Search option where we searched our existing network of candidates and contacts to identify and get recommendations for potentially suitable applicants for the role.
Result
Quickly identified several potential options who were screened and interviewed before a shortlist of 3 were presented to the client. Managed the client’s interview process, sitting in on all of the client interviews, before the successful candidate was offered the role and accepted.
