International Sales Managers – Telecoms

Listed Global Technology provider experiencing rapid international expansion.

Objective
Recruit 4 x Channel Managers with responsibility for identifying sales opportunities and business development within a defined International sales channel.  Candidates must have foreign language skills and be successful business developers within a high volume, high-value product environment.

Method
Advertising & Selection strategy involving national press and internet campaigns.  Given the volume of candidates required the advertising had two publication target dates across a three month period.

Result
Two separate rounds of screening interviews took place and shortlists were presented on each occassion.  Following the clients’ interview and assessment process the quality of applicants was such that the client restructured the International sales network and recruited 5 Channel Managers as opposed to the initial brief of 4.
