Based from our offices in South Manchester we are looking to grow and are interested in talking to experienced Recruitment professionals who share our values of Integrity, Simplicity and Professionalism and who can manage their own workload in a mature, professional and friendly environment.
Our approach is consultative and we look for recruiters who can provide exceptional levels of client and candidate care. You will be given support by an experienced team, in a non KPI led environment, who will offer the guidance for you to develop and be a success.
We are looking for people with a good general level of education and most importantly with previous experience in the Recruitment Industry where they can demonstrate a successful track record in the sectors and functions where they are looking to recruit.
We are looking for people with experience who know and understand the markets in which they operate, who are maybe looking to work in a more mature, friendly and flexible environment, where they are supported and backed rather than being driven by the latest KPI.
We offer competitive salaries with an outstanding bonus scheme where you can earn up to 50% of the fees you generate.
We are also pragmatic in terms of modern working and are happy to offer a flexible working environment and will look at all situations where someone requires an employer to be flexible to meet their needs.
