Independent national business with turnover in excess of £100m, operating in the food & drink sector, supplying major multiple clients with own label product.
Objective
Find a Factory Manager, reporting to the Operations Director, who will be responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance and budgetary control of all Manufacturing Operations. The candidate must have a broad experience of all aspects of manufacturing operations, change management and union negotiations.
Method
Network Search through our existing network of contacts to look for candidates and recommendations of potential candidates. Supplemented this with some Internet Advertising on two generalist job boards.
Result
Quickly identified three suitable candidates from our existing network. Re-Interviewed them specifically for the role and submitted them to the client fully briefed. The client then held a two stage interview process after which they offered one of the candidates the role, which was successfully accepted
