Objective
Find a Director of Logistics for the In-Home Service Division that focuses on the customer installations function and the supply chain infrastructure that enables it.  The candidate must have extensive knowledge negotiating strategic relationships at board level with third party logistics partners, in addition to an in-depth understanding of in-home installations.

Method
Advertising & Selection method that fully utilised the client’s strong desirable branding.  This involved a national advertising campaign in The Times & Sunday Times combined with their online editions.

Result
The advertising provided a strong response who were screened and interviewed to produce a 4 person shortlist for client assessment.  The client carried out a three stage process, including assessment, before a successful applicant was offered and accepted the role.
