Client
Our client was a large, established IT Solutions Provider, with an enviable portfolio of clients across the UK and Europe.

Objective
A new role was created for a Sales Manager with experience of selling solutions into a rapidly growing area of the Public Sector. The objective was to recruit someone with specific experience of selling into the key decision makers inĀ  this area and the drive to grow this relatively new channel for the business.

Method
With only a handful of major players currently selling successfully into this specific area of the public sector we usedĀ  headhunting to identify and attract relevant candidates.

Result
After speaking to a number of potential candidates a shortlist of 2 candidates was delivered and a successful appointment made within agreed time-scales.
