UK Purchasing Manager – Facilities Company

Client

Privately owned, VC backed Facilities Management business with a leading presence in the UK.

Objective

Find a Purchasing Manager, reporting to the Finance Director, to head up a team of 3 Buyers involved in all aspects of direct and indirect company spend. To introduce systems and professional purchasing procedures and processes to take control of and deliver significant reduction to the company spend.

Method

Network search through our existing contacts brought to light three suitable candidates who were re-interviewed by us specifically with a view to discus suitability for this role.

Result

All three proved a suitable fit and were submitted to the client who carried out two interviews and a meet the team session before selecting the successful candidate.
