Objective
Find a Category Purchasing Manager to head up one of the key raw material categories at European level. The candidate must be multi-lingual and prepared to spend a majority of their working time based out of the European Shared Service Centre in Switzerland.  Familiarity with management on an indirect basis, playing the category lead across a complex network of indirect buyers is essential.

Method
Advertising in the trade press and on the internet combined with a search through our network of contacts.

Result
Excellent response to the targeted advertising allowed us to run two separate interview dates which resulted in a shortlist of three candidates who matched the requirements exactly.  This enabled the client to carry out a single assessment day following which they made a successful offer.
