Find a Category Procurement Professional to take control of a business critical commodity and implement best purchasing practice to all key stakeholders on a global basis.

Combination of network search and direct search from competitors using similar commodities.

Results

Found one potential candidate from each method who were both strong and saw the opportunity as career development.  Client carried out two interviews and further behavioural assessments before deciding to restructure their current category set-up and take on both candidates.  Recognising the scarcity of such high calibre individuals with the required skillset the client
