Objective

Recruit a qualified engineer with an Automotive backgound and experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and CI methodologies from one of their leading competitors to drive performance improvements in several sites across Europe.

Method

Search combined with Network Search and Search of online networking forums.

Result

Put together a shortlist of target companies which once agreed with the client we undertook the process of identifying suitable individuals. Through our developed presence in onine networking we identified one suitable candidate and found another from a supplier in their downstream supply chain. The client moved quickly to interview both then made a successful offer.
