Objective
Find a Service & Customer Support Manager to head up a team of highly qualified engineers who provide a global support service for major customers with high value industrial applications of the products.

Method
Due to the technical skills and knowledge involved to do the role Search complemented with some Internet bulletins placed on specialist technical sites was deemed the most effective approach.

Result
After exhaustive research and approach work we identified several interested parties.  Three were taken forward to the clients interview stages and two were offered positions, one in the Manager role and one as a Senior Engineer within the support unit.
