Our client is an independent SME who manufacture niche products which it supplies along with a range of related consumables into a number of market sectors.
One of these niche products is supplied into the NHS and the wider private healthcare sector and a new opportunity has been created for a dedicated Sales Manager to join the business with the explicit target of driving growth in this area.
This is an area with huge potential and a modest current revenue that has had no one focussing on it previously. Working directly with the MD in terms of developing the overall strategy and pulling on the resources of the other business functions as and where required, this is a hands on role where you will develop all aspects of the sales pipeline to promote awareness and use of this product within the NHS and private healthcare markets.
In order to be successful you will be an experienced Sales person with significant experience selling product into the NHS – this must include experience and knowledge of accessing and working within the NHS tender framework and also of promoting awareness of the product amongst end users and the various levels of Management and Buyer.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager to take control of a product area and grow that revenue stream within the business. There is a huge untapped potential for this product and the opportunity once Sales growth is being delivered to build a team to fully exploit that.
