Due to internal movement and growth, an IFA practice in Bury have an opportunity for a Paraplanner to join their business.

The Team:

-The Directors measure success of the business on growth and the level of client care, rather than sales and KPI’s.

-The Business Manager is particularly passionate about every member of staff being happy in their working day, without undue stress and feeling like they are fulfilling their potential. Regular 1-2-1 meetings have been successfully implemented which are completely two way, to make sure that staff are feeling motivated and supported and have all they need to excel in their role.

-The Technical Manager, to whom this position reports to is held in high regard by the support team and Directors alike for her warm personality and strong coaching and management skills.

-The Support Team are friendly and sociable, and encouraged to discuss ideas and help and support each other.

This role would be ideal for an individual who would like to really fulfil their potential as a career paraplanner.

In addition to the current business needs, your personal development plan will be tailored around your aspirations, you will be encouraged and supported through any industry qualifications including the advanced diploma.

The firm recognises that to keep good staff they must feel motivated, challenged and have a clear path of progression within their role in the business. Paraplanners and admin staff are the core of the business and are highly valued, the admin are the first point of contact for clients and paraplanners take on a more technical function who work very much as a team.

Experience of working within an IFA practice is essential, although full training and support will be given. If you are working towards, or have achieved the level 4 diploma, and would like to find out more about this lovely business, where employees and clients are really looked after, then simply apply.
