Award winning Financial Planning and Private Ultra High Net Worth Investment firm, currently with 15 employees are recruiting for a Financial Planning Administrator. A large number of this prestigious firms clients reside in London.
The role will provide an all-round financial planning support service. You will ideally part qualified, with a whole of market background.
You will work in a beautiful, original old mill building, with a professional and friendly and highly knowledgable team. You will be enouraged and supported to progress based on your personal career aspirations.
Responsibilities.
- Provide full administration support to the Paraplanner’s, IFA’s and Clients.
- Processing New Business
- Procuding Valuations
- Deal with client and insurer queries to completion via the telephone or in writing
- Ensuring your technical knowledge is kept up to date
- Ensuring that internal systems are used effectively and accurately and that client records are kept up to date
- Comply fully with all compliance regulations & requirements
