Award Winning, Directly Authorised Financial Planning Practice, who provide investment, pension, investment and mortgage advice have a highly attractive opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join their prestige practice. The team attend many award ceremonies, and have proudly won money Money Marketing Winner awards across financial planning and mortgages.
You will be responsible for:
- Servicing the company’s clients, introduced to you through yearly financial planning reviews by the 16 Financial Advisers.
- Following up on all leads provided from an incentivised scheme from a local estate agent, who are the ‘rightmove’ No1 provider of house sales on volume and value in the area. Avg. house price being .5 – 1M.
- Following up on all leads from the firms professional connections, client and organic referrals.
Due to the healthy number and high quality of leads, you will not be required to focus much of your time on marketing.
The firm are very open to Self Employed or Employed.
OTE £120,000 *Based on previous advisers income last year from a standing start with all leads provided.
You must be CeMAP and have experience as a whole of market mortgage adviser.
The firm have quite a social aspect, flexible working hours, 25 days holiday increasing yearly to 30.
6% pension contribution DIS x 4
